During her studies in Business Administration in Friedrichshafen, Berlin, London and Paris, Anne-Sophie Könner developed an early focus on family businesses and family governance. Following the completion of her master's degree, she deliberately chose to gain international experience across Europe, the United States and Asia in strategic business environments before embarking on a successful seven-year career with Danone Germany. There, she held positions in sales and corporate development, working across Europe and China.
She is highly experienced in addressing complex challenges, shaping strategic decisions and managing international business environments. Her extensive strategy expertise, gained in both national and international corporate settings, is reflected in her structured and analytical approach.
In addition, Anne-Sophie supports her clients as an experienced systemic coach, combining empathy and dedication in guiding them through individual challenges, change processes and intra-family conflict situations. Her expertise in psychotherapy enables her to help clients structure and address complex issues related to mental health and their impact on the workplace, private life and family dynamics.
As a fifth-generation member of her own family business, Anne-Sophie has been shaped from an early age by the close interrelationship between entrepreneurial families and their businesses. Today, she represents the family shareholders as a member of the supervisory board and contributes to the sustainable development of the company.
